1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at traency.com, using our products, or purchasing our services (including but not limited to lead generation, search engine optimization, PPC management, content marketing, web design, and products Naqil and Easymove), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Services & Products

Traency provides digital lead generation, search marketing, web application design, and custom software development services. We also offer logistics-related software solutions:

• Naqil: A logistics coordination service for moving and delivery.
• Easymove: An on-demand moving booking app assisting in furniture packing and transit logistics.

All projects, service specifications, and timelines are determined through customized written agreements, digital invoices, or proposals signed by the client.

3. Billing, Payment, & Secure Processing

By signing up for services or initiating a booking with Traency, you agree to pay all fees associated with the selected package or order.

• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and corporate bank wires. All credit card transactions are handled through secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways (Stripe and Mercury Bank).
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions for monthly recurring campaigns (SEO, PPC management, Social Media management) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
• Late Payments: Invoices not settled within 7 days of the billing date are subject to late fees or immediate suspension of services.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

To maintain transparency and manage chargeback risk, we enforce the following policies:

• Monthly Service Cancellations: Monthly recurring campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media) can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written notice sent to info@traency.com. You will be responsible for fees accrued during the 30-day notice period.
• Service Refunds: Setup fees, campaign media budgets, custom SEO audits, and web design hours are non-refundable once work has commenced or media spends have been deployed.
• Product Bookings (Naqil / Easymove): Delivery and moving deposits are fully refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made under 24 hours before the moving date will forfeit the deposit.

5. Intellectual Property

The materials, designs, mockups, code, and copy generated specifically for you as part of a custom service project will become your property upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.

Traency retains ownership over any pre-existing code, proprietary software engines, templates, and backend logic used to deliver the services. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our products (Naqil and Easymove) without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Traency or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Traency's website or products, even if Traency or a Traency authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Our total aggregate liability under these terms or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Traency during the one (1) month period immediately preceding the date of the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of our services or products.

8. Changes to Terms

Traency may revise these Terms of Service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
